Bare floor is now a traditional happening. People now choose to improve the appearance and the efficacy of the place by getting their floors coated. This makes the rooms appear more prominent, better, brighter and prevents any dirt or germ accumulation. Restaurants, hospitals, warehouses, and schools use different types of floor coating depending upon the location of the base floor and the intensity of application. One of the reasons why floor coating is so popular is because of how promising it is. Floor coating is resistant to heat and is highly durable. If you are looking for a floor that will stay with you for a long time, you should consider floor coating.

    Types of coating services:

Epoxy floor coating: It involves the application of resinous material like epoxy, polyurethane, and acrylic on the surface of the floor to make it smooth and shiny. These are mixed with resin and hardening material, so the coating reaches the correct viscosity for a practical application. Epoxy coating is not just decorative due to its massive variety of reflective colors but is also very resistant to chemicals. Epoxy floor coating is very durable and resistant, which also makes it safe. It is perfect for places that prioritize hygiene because it stops the accumulation of dust or bacteria. They can be installed on densely packed surfaces, making them one of the most used materials to be used in inventories.

Floor leveling: A leveled floor means it is in the same plane as its surrounding surfaces. Self-leveling concrete polymer is viscous and ideal for especially leveling hard floors. Floor leveling does not require water because of the quality of polymer, which makes the installation process mess-free. Leveling concrete is more substantial than base concrete which makes leveling more sufficient and beneficial. Floor leveling is resistant to cracks and bumps. This makes the floor come together with its surrounding surfaces for a uniform and mixed finish.

Vapor barriers: These are plastic sheets that protect the buildings and houses from nay moisture condensation that may later damage roofs, floors, ceilings, and walls. Vapor barriers improve energy efficiency while preventing dampness due to moisture. Moisture not only threatens property damage but also threatens damage to the insulation system of the house. This can incur a considerable amount for repair and reinstalment. Water is good for your body but not for your attic, furniture, and home essentials. Water vapor is in the gaseous state and diffuses throughout the house, absorbing any moisture or condensed particles in the atmosphere. This regulated the temperature of the place and also protected the house from any mould growth.

Safety Yellow lines: These safety lines are specially meant for industrial factories and working spaces. Both paint and tape can be used for safety. The main difference between the two is that paint is temporary, and tape is permanent. Tape is also the cheaper option, so most factories use bright yellow tape to restrict their property. This is safe and secure for the employees. Yellow lines are used for marking the property that may be potentially a health hazard to keep common people away from it. Medical and industrial floors need very organized yellow lines for efficiency and security.

Metallic epoxy floor coating: This is a flooring material that has a yellowish tinge to it due to the mixed metallic. The metallic degree makes it more resistant to damage and shinier. It is glittery and mixed with epoxy to be finally laid on the floor for surface coating. They are highly customizable. You can add any metallic color of your choice and be sure that the quality and finishing will be intact. Metallic epoxy flooring is chemical resistant and is high in demand to be used in hospitals, especially where medicines are kept. This also keeps the room cooler due to its metallic property.
